Main business

        Shanghai Sheng’an Construction Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. was established on July 18, 2003 and is headquartered in Shanghai. The company has been committed to the fire protection, intelligentization, safety & security, coating process equipment, construction of work process demonstration buildings and other engineering constructions in the fields of ultra-large data centers, automobile factories, super-large exhibition halls, super-large amusement parks, luxury star hotels, hospitals, electric power, metallurgy, food, urban pipe tunnels, fireproof coatings for steel structures, etc. After more than ten years of engineering practice and development, the company has become a nationwide professional engineering construction enterprise. The registered capital of the company is 30 million yuan, and the annual output has been kept to 100 million to 200 million yuan approximately, in recent years.

        The company has acquired the following qualification certificates of the construction industry:the general contracting Level III Certificate for building engineering construction, general contracting Level II Certificate for mechanical and electrical (E&M) engineering construction, specialized contracting Level I Certificate for fire protection facility engineering, maintenance and testing Level I Certificate fire protection facilities, specialized contracting Level I Certificate for electronic and intelligentization engineering, specialized contracting Level II Certificate for building decoration engineering, specialized contracting Level II Certificate for building E&M installation engineering, specialized design Grade B Certificate for fire protection facility engineering/building intelligentization systems, design/construction Level III Certificate for security engineering. It has passed the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 and GB/T50430-2017 quality management system standard certification, the GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015 environmental management system standard certification, the ISO45001:2020/ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system standard certification; and has acquired a building construction safety production license.

        The “People-oriented” is the company’s fundamental concept of corporate governance and development. The company has a group of skilled professionals and an excellent management team. The company’s sponsors and main management have been engaged in fire protection, intelligentization, painting process equipment business for more than 30 years. The equipment (systems) involved in the company’s main business covers fire protection systems (fire alarm systems, flammable/toxic gas detection and alarm systems, as well as gas fire extinguishing systems, high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing systems, sprinkler fire extinguishing systems, foam fire extinguishing systems, dry powder fire extinguishing systems, steel structure fireproof coating systems and other systems); intelligentization systems (monitoring system engineering, security technology prevention systems, data centers/electronic computer room engineering and other related systems); coating process equipment (ostrich feather cleaning system, ion air purge system). The company’s certified personnel are composed of the following: 14 constructors, 19 engineers, 12 registered fire protection engineers, 53 building (construction) firemen and fire-fighting facility operators, 6 persons with safety officer certificates, 12 persons with electrician certificates, 20 persons with welder certificates, 3 persons with certificates for operation within toxic, harmful or limited space, with professional engineering and technical personnel and other employees with professional qualification certificates accounting for 80% of the staff.

        The company has been engaged in professional engineering system design, construction and installation business for a long time, and has formulated a practical engineering quality management system to provide customers with “24-hour safe and uninterrupted” services.

        The company has a labor service subsidiary－Shanghai Zanxiang Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd., which has over 200 long-term laborers throughout the year, providing comprehensive quality, safety and other practical guarantees for engineering projects. The company also has a professional sales subsidiary－Shanghai Lanyao Fire Equipment Co., Ltd., which acts as an agent of mainstream products in the industry, and provides users with the most cost-effective products, and after-sales service.

        Professional maintenance is a sufficient and necessary condition for a well-run, safe and stable fire protection system. Over the years, the company has undertaken a large number of building and plant fire protection system maintenance projects. After more than ten years of experience accumulation for professional maintenance projects, we have successfully developed the industry’s first “fire protection facility operation management information platform”. The platform realizes two-way real-time interaction, and enables users and companies to control the operation status of the entire fire protection system, thereby providing a fundamental guarantee for the user’s fire safety.

        As a professional fire protection company, our business also includes inspection for fire protection facilities of buildings, and fire protection safety assessment.

        In terms of general contracting for E & M engineering construction and specialized contracting for building E & M installation engineering, our company also does construction and installation business in the fields of water supply and drainage pipelines, power systems, ground source heat pump refrigerator and heating engineering, substation engineering, power distribution and lighting engineering, and waste gas treatment, etc.

        In terms of specialized contracting for electronic and intelligentization engineering, our business scope covers integrated wiring systems, access control systems, intrusion alarm systems, CCTV monitoring systems, ambient monitoring systems, park monitoring systems, building automatic control systems, etc.

        In addition to engineering business, the company has recently invested human resources and funds in the research and development and manufacturing of special fire protection products.
